Yes, solo travelers are more than welcome to join the tour. You may opt to share a cabin and sleeping arrangement with other guests, or reserve a private cabin with a two-person rate. For those who value privacy and personal space, choosing a private cabin is highly recommended
Will there be engine or generator noise at night?
Yes, the generator operates overnight to provide electricity and maintain air circulation on board. As with most liveaboard boats in Komodo, some level of engine or generator sound may be noticeable during resting hours. Guests who are sensitive to noise are advised to bring earplugs or headphones for added comfort.
What happens if the boat has technical issues?
All vessels are routinely inspected and maintained to meet safety standards. In the unlikely event of technical issues, the following measures will be taken:
A replacement boat will be arranged whenever possible so the trip can proceed as planned
If the issue occurs prior to departure, guests will be informed in advance and offered suitable alternative options
Boat facilities and pricing may differ depending on the replacement vessel, and any price adjustments will be communicated clearly and transparently

All boats are regularly checked and maintained for safety.

Who is responsible for activities during the trip?
All onboard operations and daily activities are handled directly by the boat operator and crew, while LombokWay serves as the travel agent and trip coordinator. For safety and operational purposes, guests must follow all instructions provided by the captain and crew throughout the journey
How does payment work?
A deposit can be paid via bank transfer or Card (3% extra)

What is the cancellation and reschedule policy?
All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
Any cancellation initiated by the participant is non-refundable.
No refunds for late arrivals, no-shows, or unused services.
Cancellation on the departure date will result in the full amount being charged.
Reschedule requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to departure and are subject to availability.
Requests made within 30 days of departure will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
No reschedule is allowed once National Park tickets have been issued.
